1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 89jl ("89jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 89jl online casino platform accessible at 89jl.one and all associated services, games, promotions, and features.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing or using any 89jl service, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming features on 89jl, you must register a single player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 89jl account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted subject to account verification status;
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 89jl wallet within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take 15–60 minutes during standard banking hours;

89jl does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on behalf of the platform. However, individual payment providers (including GCash, banks, and third-party processors) may apply their own transaction fees. 89jl is not responsible for fees imposed by your payment service provider.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

From time to time, 89jl offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are awarded at 89jl's sole discretion. 89jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion without prior notice;
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement") that must be completed before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn;
• Unless otherwise specified, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets contribute at lower rates as specified in individual promotion terms;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements;
• 89jl reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has abused the bonus system, created multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or engaged in bonus arbitrage strategies;

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 89jl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games in a manner not available to standard players;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or 89jl staff to manipulate game outcomes;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts);
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your account;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);

7. Game Rules & Fairness

Game outcomes are determined independently of 89jl's business interests and are not influenced by individual player betting patterns or account balances.

House edge percentages (Return to Player or "RTP" values) are set by the respective game providers and disclosed within game information panels. 89jl does not modify provider-set RTP values.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 89jl platform — including but not limited to the 89jl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 89jl or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 89jl content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of 89jl intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 89jl's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their 89jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

89jl shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from platform use;
• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or force majeure events;
• Payment delays attributable to your bank, GCash, Maya, or any third-party payment provider;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any action taken by 89jl in good-faith compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements or Philippine law enforcement directives.

The 89jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 89jl does not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

10. Responsible Gaming

89jl is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Philippine players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 89jl players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period;

11. Account Suspension & Termination

89jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Receipt of a valid directive from PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, or a court of competent jurisdiction;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of an account for breach, 89jl reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination results from 89jl's decision unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

12. Amendments to Terms

89jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered email address, in-platform notification, or prominent notice on the 89jl website. Continued use of the 89jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the 89jl platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
